Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Mayan Trading! We greatly value your satisfaction. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of your purchase. Please read our Return and Refund Policy below for detailed information on how to proceed with returns, exchanges, or get a refund for your items.

Eligible Products:

  • Unopened and unused items
  • Products with manufacturing defects or damages
  • Incorrect or incomplete orders
  • Within the designated return period

Ineligible Products:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed items
  • Products without original packaging or labels
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Perishable, intimate, or sanitary goods
  • Non-returnable or final sale items

Return Shipping:

  • Contact customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective or incorrect orders.
  • Use a traceable shipping method and include the RMA number on the packaging.
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage during return shipping.

Refund Policy:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email.
  • Approved returns will be refunded within 10 business days to the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@mayantrading.shop.
  • Refunds exclude shipping charges unless it's a defective or incorrect order.
  • Allow time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
