Factors for Specialty Coffee Growth
Perfect Altitude
Our Arabica grains grow 1,000 to 1,300 meters above sea level. That altitude promotes a slower maturation process so that each cup of coffee is balanced to perfection. The mountains in Copán and Marcala in Honduras provide the best environment to produce high quality coffee.
Rich soil
Coffee is not only about the best quality beans, but also about the soil that it's grown in. The ecosystems that nurture the land where our coffee is grown add to the exotic flavors and aromas, reflecting an exclusive and unique character and variety in our coffee.
Harvesting
We only harvest perfectly mature grains. Once harvested, these are taken to the coffee mill where they are pulsed and rested under strict supervision. Many decades of coffee growing expertise are applied and placed in every bag that we produce and commercialize.
